Hi there! I’m Caitlin McNally Olsen, trained therapist and mental health coach. I live in Northern California, where my husband and I are raising our three young children.
After earning a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, I worked in private practice for a decade, then expanded my business into coaching.
As a LifeSTAR-educated and Addo-Certified betrayal trauma and addiction specialist, I am fully trained in both mindfulness-based stress reduction and dialectical behavioral therapy. I’m also proficient in emotionally focused couples therapy and EMDR trauma treatment. And, I’ve studied parts psychology and trauma recovery yoga. If none of that sounds familiar to you, don’t worry! All it means is I really know what I’m doing.
My mission is to destigmatize mental health care, change some family trees for the better, and help bring mental health to the forefront of women's lives through courses just like this one.
